Psychotherapy in Dublin

A considered space to make sense of what you're carrying.

Integrative psychotherapy for adults — working with anxiety, relationships, loss, life transitions, and the harder questions that arrive in between.

About

Hello, I'm [Name].

I'm an accredited psychotherapist working in [Dublin location]. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can think out loud and be properly listened to — without agenda, without rush.

My approach is integrative. I draw on [methods] depending on what fits the person in front of me, and my work is grounded in the belief that being heard, with patient attention, is itself a meaningful act.

How I work

Therapy isn't about being given answers.

It's about being given the time, attention, and space to find them yourself — at a pace that's right for you.

I work both in person and online via secure video. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually weekly, and what we discuss stays between us.
